Thought i make a post where you all can come with suggestions on raid rules, please keep it simple and have a open mind even tho you do not like the suggestion.

Lets have 1 raidleader and not 10 (lately every one is trying to lead the raid and tell ppl what to do, its confusing)
Ppl have to come on time. (it is rude to let 9 ppl wait)
Dont go afk when there is not a break (lately we stand around more waiting then we do stuff)
Do your job, do what you have to do in raid, check out how fights go, prepair for the raid so that you are ready to go and know what to do when the raid starts. Just be there a 100% and have some fun!!!
Sign!!! some ppl dont sign for weeks, then go a few raids and then dont come for weeks. If you sign late dont be mad if a other player got your spot because he our she signed before you.
Talk if there is something on your mind, dont just go off-line, bi-ut pls not during a fight, pick a good time to solve problems, missuntherstandings and such ...

I agree that we need to set up raid rules.
What comes to mind is:
1.) Sign atleast 1-2 times every week and understanding that you dedicate your time to the raid from start to end when you sign.
2.) Be online and ready when raid is supposed to start. ( if you are late there is a good chance you will loose your spot. )
3.) Try and not go Afk unless there is a break in the raid. ( Emergency´s are ofc understandable from time to time )
4.)Regarding loot, loot automatically goes to the next bidder if you already had an item that raid.
5.) Comments or "my oppinions" to a minumum during raid unless the raid leader asks for comments/ideas. Use the forums inbetween raids to talk about stuff and tactics.
That is what comes to mind atm.. hope for some replys or adds to this.
